  • Your purchase may be HSA/FSA reimbursement eligible with Truemed or a Letter of Medical Necessity.

  • We offer Saturday morning supervised coaching hours to make up missed sessions or work on coach-assigned homework. For those wanting to strength train 4+ times per week, our unlimited membership will create a tailored program for the ideal number of sessions to fit your goals.

  • We ensure availability in your preferred time slot before you sign up. Once enrolled, you will receive priority booking for those times as long as you remain a paying member. Outside of our 24-hour cancellation policy, you may change times as needed on a week-to-week basis. Changing your priority booking slots requires talking with your coach. 

  • We do not allow drop-ins for those who have not completed our assessment because all our programs are completely customized.

  • We are a members-only facility. Our Saturday morning supervised coaching hours (9 am - 12 pm) are open to non-members. Unlike our semi-private training, these hours aren't limited to 6 people per session. Ask us how to book your friend!

  • You can freeze your membership for 1 to 6 months. Freezing longer than 1 month per year will result in the loss of priority scheduling.

  • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy; canceling within 24 hours will result in losing that session.

  • Yes, we have two all gender, individual use showers.

    Our provided amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razors, body lotion, deodorant, dry shampoo, feminine products, hair ties, tissues, cotton swabs, cotton rounds and Dyson hair dryer.

    We also have a Dyson Airwrap and clothing steamer upon request.
