  • Lisa Daronatsy Kiyindou, MPH

    CO FOUNDER + CEO
    Lisa leverages over a decade of diverse professional experiences and a Master’s in Public Health Nutrition from New York University to advocate for exercise as a foundational element of preventive health. She co-founded Woven with Noah to address the gaps in the healthcare industry, emphasizing the integration of fitness into public health strategies. Lisa’s experiences both as a personal trainer and leading teams of personal trainers have impacted her approach to fitness and health. Recognizing the need for more thoughtful approaches to nutrition, Lisa shares her insights on balancing a busy life with the help of healthy meal prep on her YouTube channel.

  • Noah Todd, CSCS

    CO FOUNDER + COO
    From his experience with group fitness to becoming the top personal trainer in multiple established luxury gym brands, Noah witnessed time and again how often clients would succeed in their goals because of factors outside the gym, but how little integrated support there was between fitness professionals and healthcare providers. Noah co-founded Woven with Lisa because he wanted to make a bigger impact and create the systems to put his clients in the best possible position to succeed. With over five years of experience in one-on-one training and group coaching as well as multiple advanced certifications, Noah runs all of the fitness coaching services at Woven. He aims to elevate the fitness industry's standards and foster a community of like-minded individuals to achieve profound and sustainable results for everyone at Woven.
